VOICE OVER SCHOLARSHIPS Congratulate And Meet Winners Of Three Scholarships To VO Atlanta Conference February 20, 2023 (VOXtra) - From a field of many entries, three outstanding voice actors have won the 2023 VO Peeps VO Atlanta Scholarships, entitling each to a free registration to the VO Atlanta 2023 Conference (March 23-26 at the Hilton Atlanta Airport hotel). Announced in January, the scholarships are sponsored by the VO Peeps Career Education Scholarship Fund in partnership with VO Atlanta. "Thank you to all who applied," says Anne Ganguzza,

"Based in the Washington, DC area, Terry has finally found his way to one of his childhood passions: bringing voices to life. From giving everyday objects a voice as a child to pivoting business during the pandemic, Terry demonstrates passion and a desire to bring his voiceover career to the next level. He currently works in many genres, including narration, commercial and character." Cynthia Makena, Kenya, won the 2023 International Scholarship. About Cynthia: "Cynthia is an international voice over actress located in Kenya and has just launched Sound Geeke, where she is part of team providing audio services and content to e-learning courses and radio imaging. Sound Geeke offers businesses packaged voice over to tailor their marketing efforts." Symphony Elmore, Kingwood, TX, won the 2023 Youth Scholarship. About Symphony: "Symphony is a talented new voice actress who enjoys voice acting because of the thrill of using a different personality for each voice. She also enjoys horse riding, writing and singing in her spare time. She has participated in multiple speech meets, acting out The Gingerbread Man, The Three Little Kittens and many more.
